Customer Survey Responses

Since November we’ve been working hard to shift the support focus from reactive support desk work to proactive customer support service. We have started customer surveys, bi-weekly status calls to all customers, a support website, and customer support service is now acting as a single point of contact for our customers that want a one stop shop. We will run another customer survey in October and we look forward to the feedback.
