ready for launch

The Go-Live stage is the final stage of the implementation project. The final preparations are completed and the end users can start using the new ERP solution.

Prior to go-live, our business consultants work closely together with your client’s key stakeholders to ensure that the transition from your legacy system to Maconomy solution runs in a controlled and smooth manner. Existing data and opening balances from your old system are converted to the Maconomy system as an integrated part of this process.

Maconomy will often be present on-site during the first few days when going live. It is very important that all questions and challenges are addressed very quickly to ensure a successful and positive response from the end users.
